I use the free Comodo personal firewall (http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/free-download.html?key5sk1=4aea7abe529407748d304ea499de 7a6eb0e6cdf5&key5sk2=null&key5sk3=1322450991000&key5sk4=&key5sk5=1322451010000&key6sk1=&key6sk2=FF80&key6sk3=5&key6sk4=en-us&key6sk5=US&key6sk6=0&key6sk7=Google&key6sk8=1101&key6sk9=19201080&key6sk10=true&key7sk1=3).
But HEM won't work with it (as currently configured). Here's the error message I get when attempting to start HEM.
38151
When I click OK on the window above, it takes me to this familiar Database Control Panel screen (i erased my password from the Password field in the img below):
38161
HOWEVER, when I click Connect, HEM can't connect to postgres...I get this error message instead:
38171
When I click yes in the window above, I get this screen:
38181
And when I click OK in the window above, I get this screen:
38191
While the above window seems promising, clicking OK just takes me back to the blue 'Database Control Panel'.
In short, HEM seems unable to connect to the postgres server(??)
When I turn off Comodo personal firewall, I don't get the above errors. So it clearly has something to do with the firewall settings, but I don't know just what's being blocked, nor what sort of permission I need to add in order to get HEM to play nice with Comodo.
Can someone help?
