View Full Version : HUD not working on Prima

I have the newest beta available on your site. Holdem Manager imports hands just fine but HUD isn't working for some reason. It was working before, I'm not sure if it's the newest beta or because I changed my computer. I haven't played on prima with this computer before...

1. HM version 1.09 beta 23a
2. a) HUD works on other sites. I only play on one prima skin, Purple Lounge. I cannot get HUD to work in that site.
b) yes
3. Checked.
4. There is Gamehistory.dat on the client directory and HM imports the hands fine, HUD just doesnt work.
5. Poker client is configured to save hand histories for 30 days.
6. I have never used Table Finder and I'm not sure how to.
7. Database file...
8. It's disabled.

Please close your poker client and HM, and manually 'Cut' the current gamehistory.dat file and paste it into your \HMArchive folder manually, so the client can recreate a new .dat file.

That didn't fix the problem. It's still exactly the same. It imports the hand to the database but HUD isnt working. I cannot see the tables in Table Manager either...

Please email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so you can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download and install the Teamviewer software using all the default settings.

Ok Fabio told me to use Table Finder to fix this and it fixed the problem. Now it works! Thanks.

Ok I thought u were speaking about Table Scanner, my bad...
