Hi

i had a problem with the registration of Holdem manger because always that i run the soft, after that I put the serial code, the countdown keep run like the trial mode was activated. I send a mail to sopport and they said me that i can register in this link, http://www.holdemmanager.net/registration, but i Already registered mi serial code and i dont know how to activate it.

Would you help me?

Please give us some more details about your system.

Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Hi

I have a laptop with win xp and this is the window that appear:

I answered the questions and sent the e-mail to sales@holdemmanager.net like said in the second question and They answered me that i can register my serial code in the page for reset it, but i registered my serial code and this problem continues

You are talking about the activation.
This activation needs a working internet connection (if you are behind a proxy it takes the settings from internet explorer).
Just click on Activation and if you still have problems you will get a detailled error message in one of the next steps

in the second image said that the activation is succes, i have internet connection all time and i have not proxy , but the countdown keep runing like the trial was activated, but dont appaer a error message

Please close HM, look for the hidden file holdemmanager.exe.ldat in the Holdemmanager installation path, delete it and restart HM again.

You should then be asked for your key again and i hope you can continue with a successful installation.

in the folder rvg software, donīt appear the file holdemamangaer.exe.idat, is it normal?

This means that you haven't entered your key yet (or it is not saved).

I think the easiest is if we schedule a remote session to fix this:
Please schedule a remote support session with our support manager. Email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so he can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com) session.

must I create a session and add to fabio@holdemmanager.net or how I do it?

Please email fabio@holdemmanager.net, he will arrange a date and time with you when he is available.

You then need to start a session from www.teamviewer.com and give him the ID and password.
