HM quit importing my cash games....

It was working fine until yesterday. No changes have been made, HM just quit importing and keeping track of my cash games. It still works fine on tournys. Any suggestions?

Please give more details when making a post, such as site, operating system, and hm version number. We need a lot more details to be able to try and deduce the cause/solution.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73) If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

i play on full tilt poker
and til yesterday everyth worked fine and today it just didnt import my hands......

my hem was working fine til yestrerday for a few months now i have recently updated it to the latresst version.....how can it stop working from one moment to another like that
