Hi

I just finally finished installing HEM on my new laptop.
But apparantly this has caused an error on my HEM on my old machine.

Can you help?

ooops, I guess you wont understand 2nd half of the error message.
It says something like: "Unable to read date from the transport connection: An existing connection was forced to quit by an external host."

btw
I am running vista on this computer and uac is off.

screen shot shows what I get when I press ok ín the previous screen shot.

I also looked as this thread, but it doesnt sem to nail my problem:

I am pretty sure that the problem has been caused directly by my installation of HEM on my new laptop. I have been running HEM for about 9 months now on this computer (desktop) and havent had any problems. And this is the first time I open HEM after completing the installation on my laptop (yesterday). I have used the same license code for both computers. But actually I might have chosen pc# 2 for both of them, could this have caused the problem?

If you have already tried FAQ 34 and 171 with no luck, please try steps 4-9 here:

If that doesn't work, please email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread, and your forum name, so you can schedule a Teamviewer session. Download and install the Teamviewer software using all the default settings.
