Switching From Mac To PC

I've been running all my poker programs on a MacBook, using VMWare Fusion and Windows XP. I'm switching over to a PC running Windows Vista. Is there a way to transfer everything over to that computer? Obviously the database, but also my HUD set up, table scanner settings, etc?

I'm not sure about the table scanner settings but i think there are also some configuration files you can copy to your new computer.
