New User/Can't connect to Postgress

Hello,

Im a trial user of HM, i want to give it a fair trial against it's competition but i can't get it to work.
I tried any and all fixes i could find but it still will not connect.
I could use some help.

Did you try all the Postgresql things from the FAQ?

I think the easiest is if we look at your system via remote session: Please schedule a remote support session with our support manager. Email fabio@holdemmanager.net, with a link to this thread and your forum name, so he can setup a Teamviewer (http://www.teamviewer.com) session.
