View Full Version : HEM failed to import some hands

HEM failed to report a chunk of hands from the recent session that I played. Someone I spoke with mentioned that the database might be corrupt? I'm not sure how to fix this problem.

Please update to the latest beta from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73) If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

If that doesn't help, please answer these questions. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174)

One of the steps in there is to create a new DB and see if they import to the new DB.

I've upgraded to the latest version of HEM.

UAC is off.

Only some hands get imported and some hands do not.

I play on Full Tilt.

I'll try recreating the database.

If the hands do not import to the new db properly, please zip and email the original hand history files, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.net and CC me also, fozzy@holdemmanager.net.
