combine postreSQL databses?

I just installed hem on my new hdd since my old one was failing and am wondering if i can combine my old postresql database with my new one hem just created so i can have all my data from this year? sorry if this is answered somewhere and i missed it i browsed a bit and could not find it.

If you exported your old DB to text files simply import those files to the new DB. Or you can import all your archives and processed hand histories. If you play at a site like stars their support staff can send you every hand you ever played there.

You cant physically merge 2 different \data folders from 2 different PostgreSQL installations.

how do i go about exporting the database as text? also i play on fulltilt for all these hands not sure if they can send me my hand histories but i will email them. thanks for the feedback.
