"Invalid Access to Memory Location"

I've already uninstalled & reinstalled HEM and updated to the latest beta. I did so via multiple browsers as suggested in another thread.

I'm running Windows 7 but HEM had been working fine.

Thanks!

Please make sure that windows is fully updated. Make sure UAC didn't get turned back on by a recent windows update. If it did, turn it off and reboot. Make sure you have exceptions set in your firewall. Make sure you have the latest vversion of Microsoft .NET Framework.

If none of that helps I will probably have you setup a remote support session with my support manager.

Complete format of the HD seems to have worked thus far.

Glad it is working, and sorry that it required so much effort to fix. :(

This reminds me though, how badly my PC needs to be reformatted again. :p
