My HUD stats are starting over at zero hands when i open a table, no matter how many hands i have on that player. The hands are being imported to my database, I can view them in the "reports" tab and in the "player summaries" tab it shows all the hands, but the HUD stats always begins at 0 hands when i open a table.

Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in

7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

Then re-import your HUD's.

I have followed your instructions; now for 1 hand it shows the proper number of hands, then returns to zero.

On which site are you playing?

Are you using any HUD filter:
hud options--> HUD filters
hud options--> Tournament filter

I have the same problem... sometimes I see player with 200 hands but most of the time they start at 0 including mine (I have around 300 of my hands). tried deleting the pref file and importing but didn't work... I think i did mess around with the tourny filter but i set to default and it's still the same. this happened after I installed tableninja if that has to anything with it x.x. I play on stars.

I play on Cake Poker.. I have not intentionally set any filters on my HUD. There is a box which says "Use last _ hands" and "0 = Use all hands" which is set to zero.

Please send the log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread along with a screen shot of the HUD's at the table and a screen shot of the Players in the Reports showing all the hands..

1) Where is my log file?

7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

Showing hidden files: Microsoft Corporation (http://www.microsoft.com/resources/documentation/windows/xp/all/proddocs/en-us/win_fcab_show_file_extensions.mspx?mfr=true)

2) Learn how to make a screenshot / take-a-screenshot.org (http://take-a-screenshot.org/)

Snips will also suffice.

Use Snipping Tool to capture screen shots (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Use-Snipping-Tool-to-capture-screen-shots)

Thank you for your help.
