Import error on Pokerstars

Hi,
I was playing a tourney last night on stars and everything imported no problem, then this morning I was playing cash and not one hand was imported correctly/atall.
I havn't changed any settings and can't figure out what the problem is. Help please.
Btw I tried importing from ipoker and it worked fine, so it's definately just a pokerstars problem.

It's working now after I updated to the latest beta , btw UAC was still turned off.
Just one other thing how do I recover and load the hands to HM from my morning session, I can see the folder from this mornings session in HM processed files folder and I have moved it to correct pokerstars HH folder but HM just moves it back to HM processed files folder without actually reading it when I click on "start auto import".

Copy the hands to a new folder, on your desktop, or something like C:\Temp Hands. Use the Import from Folder option. This should make HM forget they are duplicate files.

hey, I have a similar problem. I use a HH service for party & stars. While the party hands are importing just fine, none of the stars hands are being imported. They are all appearing with the importing/logs folder just as they were in the original file. I contacted the service provider but they haven't heard of anyone else having problems with this...

Today I installed HEM on a laptop, and it gave me the same problems. O yes, I'm running the latest beta version...

ok, nvm, apparently the HM Beta Update updates into the classic c/program files/... folder while my HEM is installed on a different partition, always seem to forget that... thanks for the good service btw ;)

Yes. The update installer will auto detect the default installation path for HM. If you installed it to a location unique to your own PC, you will have to manually change the update installation path each time you update.
