Cant resize or restore from tray

Not a major problem I guess but still quite annoying.

1. I can't resize HEM at all.

2. I can't restore HEM from tray or the the taskbar without right-clicking and pressing "Maximize".

Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Note: I'm running HEM on Windows XP using VMware Fusion on a Macbook Pro.

Not sure if its your setup thats causing the problems but HM is defintetly resizeable in Windows XP and Vista and also the same for restoring it i have no problems with XP so i would look at your settings and see if its something there thats causing the problems.
