I have been used holdem manager couple of monts. It is been working very well. But now my computer got tilt I need to return factory defaults on my computer. Now when I try to install Holdem Manager i have a problem. Postgre SQL install is okay but when I have installed Holdem manager and try to click holdemmager.exe nothing happens. I do not get any error message or nothing else, just nothing happens. What should I do? I use windows VISTA home premium. I think I have been installed all updates on VISTA. Every else program working well but when I click holdemmanager.exe nothing happens.

Please update to the latest beta from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73) If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Please uninstall any 3rd party firewalls or internet security, and turn off windows defender and windows firewall. Those can be re-enable later, one at a time, and then setup to work with HM properly.

Make sure you have the latest version of microsoft .net framework. Start > Programs > Windows Updates

if none of that helps, please let me know so we can schedule a remote support session to find the issue.

Thanks. I uninstall Comodo and then install Holdem Manager again. Now it is working well.

I use comodo with HM. You will want to install comodo (firewall only), and then add holdem manager and postgresql to your trusted programs and safe files list. It is the same thing as setting exceptions in the windows firewall - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171
