I had used the Omaha key as my license key, and now that my 15 day trial is up, HEM won't update correct, and I cannot go in to clear and reenter the correct license. I've tried using the online registration portion to clear my key, but this still does not solve the issue of not being able to clear the key. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well, but still cannot get in.

Please email your details to sales@holdemmanager.net to get your code reset.

I did that, and here's the response:

..."go to Help Menu – Clear Serial Code"

And here's my response to that:

Hi - I can't get to the Help Menu because the Activation Screen pops up and my only option is to activate... but when I do that, since my key is the Omaha add-on, it won't activate, so I then have to either retry (which does no good) or cancel (which shuts down the program).

Try this:

Disable the windows hidden files - http://www.wikihow.com/Disable-Hidden-File-Extensions-in-Windows-XP

Go to:

C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager

Find:

HoldemManager.exe.ldat

Delete that file and try starting HM again.

If that doesn't work resend your email with a link to this thread, be as detailed as possible, and ask that your current license(s) be reset, so you can register your HM/OM upgrade.
