View Full Version : How to interpret stats? (baseline numbers)

I know that the higher the VPIP, the looser the player, and I know that the higher the other stats, the more aggressive the player. However, what about the 3bet stat? what is average for that?

Is there table of all of the averages of these statistics. I know that HEM tells you average for raise 3bet and raise 4bet, etc, but is there a table detailing the averages of the baseline (or poker tracker-like) stats?

In addition, on the HUD, what does it mean if someone is:

21/19/33/10.7
4.4/35/74/67

I get the 21, the 19, and the 10.7, but what about the other numbers?

about 3bet ranges, when you get 3bet from:
2%- : get out of the hand
6%+ : he 3bets more then just QQ+/AK so you might want to adjust, but i can't help you with what you should do, figuring it out for myself :)
3-4% : QQ/KK/AA and mayb AK

this is how i look at it, i think there is a comprehensive article you can find in hm when you click "articles - facing a preflop 3bet"

the other articles can help you with the other ranges, pretty nifty huh :)
just play alot, think about your opponents stats and you'll be fine
