Diagnostic error

Hi,

Trying to get notecaddy to work in my HUD. It's not displaying anything at the mpoment, but I know it's generating notes.

I clicked on "Help-diagnostics"
It ran, then suddenly 203 notepad windows opened with some diagntosic error or something.
I closed all of them and exited the diagnostic window after a while.

Then tried running diagnostic again.
This time a blank window came up after it finished.
The title of the window is Diagnostic_errors.txt

Is this normal?
Nothing happens after this, I don't get confirmation about the diagnostics, and I just have to close the windows.

Still there is no NC icon on my hud.

Also, when I go to HM2 in the opponents tab and click on player analysis last session it didn't show any notecaddy stuff, even if I could see from hovering over the HUD at the C bet stats a couple of notecaddy items.
This session however the notecaddy tab displays like 30 or 40 notes on each player after 5 haqnds....whats going on with this?

I just bought the whole package for NLHE and Omaha, hope you can help with these issues, I'm on pokerstars
