Hey there, i have version 1.09. When i get holdem manager up, a screen comes up and says, optimizing players.. Well after a minute says theres an error.. When i go to my cash games now, there is no stats anymore??

Does the optimizing message appear every time you start HM?

For the no hands appearing issue, please make sure all filters are cleared, and you have selected the proper screen name under the Player > Change button.

Also make sure you have updated to the latest beta 23a version from my signature.

If that doesn't help, please try to make a new DB and import a portion of your hand history archives to test the new DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

You can manually copy/paste a portion of the archives toa new folder on your desktop, and use the import from folder option for the new DB. - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173

If none of that helps, please post a screen shot, so we can see. We may want to have you reinstall postgresql at that point, or possibly do a remote support session to look at it first hand.

Yes it comes up everytime now.. It just says cant read block something.. My HUD works fine. I just have 0 stats now in my database? I also updated just now, seeing if that would work. No go

Ya i am getting nothing.. I made the new database, imported files. And no stats, but like i said, the HUD is working.

Can you post a screen shot please, of your cash games, reports window. You can attach it to a reply using the Manage Attachments button under the reply editor. It sounds to me like your SQL installation may be corrupt. If that is the case, you will have to export your DB to text files, reinstall SQL clean, and import your exported files and archives.

OK, well i got some of the hands to import. However it shows i have imported 180k, but my cash game reports only show 60k.

Many of the imported hands may be tourney hands or datamined/observed hands. If you have played multiple sites, you will need to create an alias to aggregate all your hands/stats.

Well i have 60K some odd hands of my own cash games. But it has stopped there, and the importing is still goin? Grrr this is confusing. I should have over 200k in hands!
