Hey!
I have had a problem since updating to the newest update a week ago (and the latest update didnt fix it)

For some reason my HM2 is importing the hands but the HUD is not showing. Well, that is not exactly true, because in the top left corner of any table it shows, so it recognizes there is a table.

Anyone knows, what the solution is?

On which site are you playing?

Try setting up the seating preferencse: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/32/HUD+Options+%7B47%7D+Seating+Preferences

Which HM2 build are you using?
Try deleting the C:Users/(yourusername)/Appdata/Roaming/HoldemManager folder--> then restart HM2

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.

Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in

7: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

Showing hidden files: How to show hidden files in Windows 7 (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial151.html)

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

Then re-import your HUD's.
