Took on the 30 day trial of HEM2 getting error messages on startup and when trying to get program to display table stats what does this mean?

HudFuncsApp.exe -Entry Point Not Found (The procedure entry point IsThreadDesktopComposited could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll.)

If you enable hidden files, you should be able to attach the file to an email. Actually we need the hudfuncsapp log from C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ Chat

still no luck I can'ttrack this file or folder or whatever anywhere.Is there a fail safe way of going about it/Do I need to redownload?Will this be happenning with the full version if I do decide to purchase it?( this is completely dependant on the products features and ergonomics.Poker Tracker has been recommended to me also But I have not looked into it as it seems HEM2 is the dominant player in the market.Please help or guide me to the solution.Thankyou

First of all, we need to enable the option to see Hidden Files: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html)

Then attach the hudfuncsapp log from C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ Chat file
and email it to support@holdemmanager.com

Which Windows version are you using?
