hands not importing and hud working

hi

, i downloaded hem2 a few days ago, and has never worked since, so i went to a friends house so he could have a look at it as he uses the program, amazingly it worked without doing too much, hands were importing and hud working, got back to mine and does not work again, got the waiting for hands in top left corner, and still not importing hands.

Obviously we are on different broadband networks so must be something to do wiv that, was thinking maybe different security settings, but cannot be the settings to do with the computer because nothing has changed.

any ideas please

Close HM2
