This means your database is corrupt, you can try to reindex everything via pgadminII (you find it in the maintenance where you do the vacuum too).

restore backups and reimport hands.

The screenshot is too small but i think your firewall is blocking. You need to configure extensions for postgresql and holdemmanager.
