I'm using HM Pro 1.09 beta 32a and importing from a ongame skin.
Since a few days, if starting the auto import in HM, first there is the message "1 of 4 parts of large file have been processed...". This process takes about 20-30 minutes, whilest HUD isnt working, which is pretty annoying :S
After the process has finished, it says something like "6482 hands imported, 6482 duplicate hands". So just old hands are re-imported again. Don't know why.

ideas?

Please delete the files from your Stars handhistory folder or move them to a different folder.

Why from PokerStars? I'm not even importing from that folder. I'm just auto importing from the ongame handhistory-folder. Besides the PokerStars HH-folder is empty.

Sorry i thought it was Stars because they have such huge handhistory files.

So please check all the handhistory folders you have configured in your Auto-Import settings.

ok, this worked, but not for long. I have the same problem a day after deleting/moving the files again.

But in one day there cant develop such a big file?

Please check your auto-import configuration again. All the folders you entered there for reading from should be completely empty before you try again.

I have just ONE folder attached there.

Please post screen shots of the Options > Configure Auto Import Folders window, and the Add Auto Import Folder window that displays after you select the Edit button.

I am guessing your HM Archive folder is in the same path as (one of) your import folders.

Please try moving your \HHFs Archive folder out of the \holdem manager\importing directory.

Move it to somewhere that has nothing to do with any other poker programs, such as C:\HHFs Archive, and change your Archive Folder setting in the Add Auto Import Folder. Mine are stored on a separate partition of my HD, the D:\HMArchive folder.

Also make sure you clean out any HH files that are in the Pokerstars HH folder.

If that doesn't help we may want to take a closer look at it, first hand.

k, thanks so far, I'll try.
(but it's still Goalwin (Ongame), not PokerStars :p )

LOL, I was on auto pilot. The majority of issues the past few days have been due to the pokerstars update.

Guess this may have fixed it. It works for now so far.
Thanks.

update in this case ;)

I'm facing the same problem again, so delocating the HHF archive folder didn't solve this problem. :\

Please attach the holdemmanager.config file which you find in the holdemmanager\config folder to your answer in this thread.

Please try the following:
Create a new auto import folder (for example c:\hmarchive) and delete and recreate your auto-import settings with archiving the hands in this new folder.

I think it may be possible that HM has problems with your autoimport folder "C:\HM HHFs Archive"

Done.

But this didn't really solve the problem :\
It still imports old and already imported hands ("duplicate hands").
