Hello,

I play $1-$11 BI SNGs on Party Poker, run Windows Vista, and have updated HM1 to the newest version.

My graph for SNGs looks okay for $Won, but is messed up when I choose to view the Buy-In graph. I've played over 700 games and have a steady winrate but the Buy-In graph shows completely irrelevant data. I have made sure that all filters are set just as they were when it all worked all right.

This is what it looks like:

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
And reimport your hands into a new database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager

didn't work, i created a new database, imported all my hands into it and the problem still persists.

Can you right-click on the graph and unzoom/ undo all zoom/pan?
If you use a buyin filter, for example $1, or $10 is it one specific buyin level that is causing this line?

Are all your games STTs, or are some of the games MTTs?

That's interesting.

I started changing Buy-In filters and Multi-table/One-Table filters and things eventually got back to normal.
Maybe it will be useful to say the problem was exclusive to Party Poker, 1-11 BI SNGs. And yes, some of my SNGs were multi-table and that seemed to cause the problems (at the start when I changed the filter to single-table, the graph was all right).

Thanks. What to do if the problem appears in the future?

HoldemManager can't calculate luck adjusted winnings for multi-table games.
Is it showing a red line when you set the filter to multi-table?
If so email us a handhistory of such a game.

If it's not showing a red line, the issue is caused by a bug mixing the buyins of STTs and MTTs.
Since there is no red line for MTTs anyways, when you want to see your luck adjusting winnings line, just filter for single-table only.
