No Hud/Files importing but it sstates no hands are imported

FYI I am windows vista user

I followed the FAQ guide and I even created a new database. I opened a table played some hands, verified that the path was the same for both Pokerstars and for HEM to pull from the same folder. The files were not importing. Therefore I manually loaded from a file and the files import, but it states that 0 hands have imported. I know these are HH files. Please help because I have already put in numerous hours to get this up and it is getting frustrating.

I forgot to mention that it states there are numerous import errors.

Please update to the latest beta 1.09.23a from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. If it is on, please turn it off and reboot. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73

For reimporting the existing handhistory files you will need to move them to a different folder and import them again via import file or import folder with the latest Beta.
