Hi there,

I recently switched from Ongame to playing Prima, and my stats have been working perfectly on Ongame, but now when I tried setting them for Prima, the table manager doesnt find the tables anymore. The error I get is :

"I can not find any unattached hands. Please wait until the Manager has imported some "ok" "

The import folder is situated correctly ( the same as the folder my friends use and they have no problems with it ).

And yes, I have a few tables opened when im launching Table Manager :p

Looking forward to a fast answer!

Yours sincerely,

Mytsubi

Please update to the latest beta from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73) If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

If that doesn't help, please answer these questions. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174)

Yeye, my bad, was gonna edit :p didn't think you'd be that fast ^^"

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using?

The one from the link in ur signature

2) a. What poker site are you playing on and does the problem occur on more than one site?
Problem occurs on Prima, didn't occur on Ongame.
b. Have you clicked on the Start Auto Import button?
Yes, I have
3) Often times, it is one setting or one box that has not been selected that causes the problem. Please see our detailed FAQs on configuring Holdem Manager to work with select poker sites to make sure that your HUD is set up properly for your selected poker site.
Everything appears to be selected as it should be

4) Check to see if the hand histories are showing up in the correct folder.

Yes, they are in the correct folder, being : C:\Microgaming\poker\UnibetMPP ( + subfolders )

5) So by now you should have confirmed in answering each question that you have setup the folders correctly and the hands are appearing in the correct folder.

Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager? Test this by playing a couple of hands and then going to the Reports tab in Holdem Manager. Navigate to Filter > Clear and for the date filter choose today. Do the hands that you just played import successfully?

I have no idea what you mean with "import successfully" but at least none of my played hands are shown under "last 100 last 500 all". Yes auto-import is on.

I'll attach my config file, because I got one error about it this last time I launched HM.

Please make sure that your Prima Client writes english handhistories into the configured Auto-Import folder. They should appear there after every hand and the HM Auto-Import must read them from there.

Right! It appears to be that EVERYTHING on the site/software is in English, except for the handhistory :/ Sent a mail to see how I can change it because I couldnt find it anywhere, and I'll let you guys know if the problem remains as soon as I've turned the language into English.

With kind regards,
