Hello,

My HEM code had to be reset. When I open HEM, I get the "Activate Online Now" screen and my only option is to click OK. Then I select PC #1 or PC #2 (tried both) and then the "Success. Click OK to Continue" screen pops up. The next screen, after the success screen, is an Error page that has my old code in the top of the screen. I have no where to put the new code.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. HEM does have administrator privileges. I am running Windows VISTA.

Close HM, delete the hidden file holdemmanager.exe.ldat in the holdemmanager installation path and try again.

Where can I find the above path? I looked in C:/ProgramFiles/RVG Software/HoldemManager but couldn't find anything related to what you were talking about

I tried going to C:\Program Files(x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager after I did what Fozzy said. Holdemmanger.exe was there and I deleted it. I then tried re-installing HEM and running it again - still have the same problem.

If this isn't the correct file to delete, let me know where it might be.

I told you to delete holdemmanager.exe.ldat not holdemmanager.exe. It is in the same path

There are no files called holdemmanager.exe.ldat in my entire computer.
