Hi!

I'm using HM 1.09 beta 23a with Postgres 8.3.

I import a database of HM from 100Mb to my new computer. I dont have the old computer. When I enter in HM he shows me the number of players, but not see the hands or the results of tournaments.

I went to the database and did a direct "select" and everything is there.

What may be happening?

Tks!

I don't understand exactly what the problem is. Can you be a bit more detailed or post some screen shots?

Your old DB was only tourney hands?? Do cash hands appear properly in HM?

I am guessing something went wrong during the backup or restore process. I don't know enough to be sure, but I can forward this to my support manager to see if he has any suggestions.

When you run a pgAdmin query to check the amount of hands in your database, does it work? http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=19

Maybe a stupid question but what happens when you click on Refresh?

Can you select another player and view his hands?

Does any data/hands show on any of the other cash games tabs??

Strange, please try to create another new database and import some hands for a test. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

It's actually not that uncommon. I have seen this 10 times the past 2 months probably. If the new DB doesn't work, I have a feeling you will end up having to reinstall SQL fully and recreate your DB.
