HUD Problem - Table Finder every table

Hi, I have a problem with the HUD.
I play on the Ongame.it network, to start the hud I have to repeat the Table Finder on each new table.
What can I do to not repeat this every time?

Thank you sideshow for the answer but the problem is not resolved.
I try to read for similar problem in HEM 1 thread and i found this:

I think that the problem is related with the exe file of the OnGame skin.
I try to find exenames.txt on HM2 directory but i can't found it.

Where I can find the equivalent file of exenames.txt (in HEM) on HM2?
