Please make sure your graphics card driver is updated.
Right click My Computer, click properties, open Device Manager
Open Display Adapter
Google search for "your model # driver" and download for your operating system.

Hi Chris

I've diffenrent users which have the same problem with winamax; I don't think it's a graphi card problem; as there are other bugs with winamax, there shoud be made a global proof with this room.

Thanks for your answer.

Hi HM2 support !

I do have the same exact problem on Winamax in France. It works fine on other poker sites, and it's preventing me from playing on Winamax on my laptop, which is not cool.

Thanks in advance for dealing with that.

Regards

W_O

Edit : I did that, and it didn't solve my issue.

Edit 2 : If it's of any help, my laptop is a ASUS with Intel HD Graphics with customized drivers from ASUS (apparently I cannot install directly those from Intel).

This is a known issue and it has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. While I do not have a specific date for when this issue will be resolved, we are putting out updates regularly.

The assigned internal ticket # on this issue is hm-4321. We will often release builds on a limited basis, only in the forums for a few days first, so please check back on this thread http://forums.holdemmanager.com/hm2-releases/ for that ticket #.

Is this still an issue for you in the latest release? Have you tried toggling auto-z ordering?

Please update to this version: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/7164_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe (7164)

Make sure to install on an administrator account and run as an administrator.

Please turn off User Account Control. Turn User Account Control on or off (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/Turn-User-Account-Control-on-or-off)

Add holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncapps.exe and postgres to the exceptions list in your firewall and antivirus.

Make sure that Windows is fully 100% up to date.

You need to make sure that this folder

7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tuto...torial151.html
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager
Showing hidden files and sytem files and folders: http://www.microsoft.com/resources/d....mspx?mfr=true

is not read only and that all permissions are set to full for your user name. The folder will continue showing read only after that, this is an issue in Windows.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your log.txt file -

Yes, that is correct. All Holdem Manager folders and sub-folders should be set this way and not read only.
