This is a firewall problem. You must configure your firewall with exceptions for postgresql and holdemmanager or disable the firewall for a test.

Possibly your data are lost because of the Postgresql reinstallation which you did unnecessarily.

Hi,
I have tried allowing it in my antivirus (ESET) too. I do think there is an issue with PostgreSQL running correctly, would really appreciate some help (Teamviewer or similar) to get it right!
