Cannot install Postgre SQL - Ongoing serious problem

I have been completely unable to install HM on a number of computers because I am getting the message that Postgre SQL could not be installed. I have tried virtually everything to no success. To add an element of chaos, it sometimes installs on one computer and sometimes doesn't. I restore computers frequently so I am constantly reinstalling programs and need to resolve this. This has been a serious issue since I first started using holdem manager quite a while ago and has never been satisfactorily resolved.

Why are you constantly installing postgresql? You don't need to install it more than once.

What firewall and antivirus do you have? If you have a continuous problem, it points to an issue with software interaction.
