free HEM license

Hi there,

I recently signed up with pokerstars through the Hold'em Manager link in order to claim the free license offer. After earning more than 150 points I completed the form on your website where I had to enter my username and e-mail. It then said that I would receive information within 24 hours.

Well it has been almost 4 days now and I haven't even received an e-mail notifying me that your processing my info. I've also sent an e-mail and still haven't received anything.

Please rectify this situation ASAP!
