Can someone please help me, i just downloaded new update, now HEM is corrupteed

I'm sorry as I am very frustrated.

I am unable to import my pokerstars hand histories and I have followed all instructions. The HEM is not importing hands from my pokerstars HH although the table manger for hud is displaying the table name that I am playing on but there is NO DATA.

I downloaded this beta

Please update to the latest Beta 1.09.22 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

and I get this

"The package was unable to replace the following file:C\Program\rvg software\hodlem manager\holdemmanger.exe"

Now when I try to open HEM, it does not work. What did I do wrong? HEM was opening fine but not importing, now it doesn't open at all....

Download the update file again, with a new browser, to a new download folder.

Reboot your PC.

Run the update before you do anything else. Make sure HM has updated to 1.09 Beta 23a.
