View Full Version : HM2 displaying only that sessions stats for certain players

I've noticed that for certain players (regulars that I play with) that I know I have thousands of hands for (and I've double checked with my pt3 database to make certain since they hold the same data) that the HUD seems to wipe the data clean every session and only give me data on the couple hundred hands that I play with them that session and not the 99k+ hands that I know I have. This doesn't happen with every player I notice, only with certain players. Have there been any other reports of this? thanks!

What are some of these players names? Please email hm2support@holdemmanager.com with some of the original hand history files, zipped, and a link to this thread.

I sent an email with the log file you requested and noted 3 of the players that had this issue (there were a lot of them) and referenced this thread. Please confirm this was received. Thanks.

If you go to HUD Options - Config - and change Overhang to 0 does that help?

On which site are you playing?
What type of games?

Are you using any sort of filter:
hud options--> HUD filter
hud options--> Tournament filter

pokerstars
mostly 100NL and 200NL full ring and some 200nl 6max thrown In
no filters. for include x last number of hands it's set to 0 for include all

Here is a test you could try

1. Backup your database

2. Purge your database

3. Test if all is ok for a while

If it is ok, prob with your database. Suite of checks to do to identify faulty data

If not, prob is something else. Restore your backup.

Some risk of course, but better than you have now

Try importing the hands into a new database.

I use pt3 and Hm2 at the same time so i deleted Hm2 database and created a new one and imported hands from pt3db and it Looks Like Im in business. No more issue for at least one player that was faulty before. I didn't understand why you wanted hand histories, I thought that was a mistake so I never sent them lol I only sent Log file. Sry.
