Please try to close FTP and HM.

Empty your FTP HH folder by a cut/paste of the HH files to your archive folder.

Now start ftp and hm and try it again.

If that doesn't help, please reproduce the problem and post pics of the Table Window, the Table Manager, and the contents of the \Holdem Manager\Importing\HUD Data.

the folder for the HUD Data seems to be empty

Are you sure we are talking about the same folder?
Its the handhistory folder of your FTP client

What type of game are you playing? If its SnGs and MTTs please make sure that your complete FTP client is in english language.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried table finder but it says it's not reading any unattached tables. It also says i'm having import errors. I just upgraded today to beta 23 from a very old version. Nothing comes up. Can someone help? My hhs are showing up fine as well. I also have all the answers he has up there in the original post.

I've included the import errors, the SQL errors (though) I think that's unrelated, and the config file. HELP PLZ!!!!

the one that you requested:

This is not the correct folder, it should be something like c:\programs\fulltiltpoker\handhistories.
Delete all files in this filder or move them to a different folder.

And make sure this folder is configured as your Auto-Import folder.

@TheStuntman: please create a new database and try importing to this. http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=146

it works now, thank you.

i have one question, is it possible to get info on a table and players without actually be dealt in? for instance, before i play a session can i open some tables, leave them on the screen for a few minutes, and look at the stats to determine which table i want to play at. or is there generally another way to do this (table selection)?

This is the Prefetch function. You can configure it under Site options and you must add the given Path to your Auto-Import folder (see here for Stars: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=29

but it needs some hands to work on FTP
