Pokerstand HH not loading into HM

Ive never had a problem with my hud or loading ps hands, today while i was playing my hud on stars wouldnt load. Hm is not loading my hh from my ps history folder, even when i tried to manually import from holder it said no HH found
Any ideas?

Please verify that HM properly updated to 1.09 Beta 23a.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73) If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Hey!
I have a problem...
2 days ago I installed this beta after the stars update.
Then everything worked well , but the next time I run HM , it is not importing anymore...Installed the patch again , but still not working...


Any ideas?

Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Ok, I also have this problem (I had a thread here (http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?p=75176#post75176), which can be deleted if we can solve it in this thread).

I don't use Vista, both 'holdemmanager.exe' and 'hmhud.exe' run as an administrator, and I'm using the newest update in your signature, netstrack.
