my hud was workin just fine, but since i updated my pstars software it stopped working.. what should i do? i think it isnt importing hands properly..
the table manager isnt recognizing the tables

The table manager recognizes the tables, but isn't actually importing any hands. Hopefully, a fix is in the works ASAP?

+2. New version of PS was DL'd when i logged on just now. Hands are not being recognized by the importer. I tried to import the individual file as well. same problem.

Read other threads... updating to the latest beta version solved the problem.

Please update to the latest beta 23a from the link in my signature.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73) If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

Updated.

Now it's transferring files to the archive, but they arent being imported to the database.

Any help is very much appreciated.

After installing the update check the standard vista things:

Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

Normally when the files are archived this is done after the import, so the hands should be in the database.

Do you get import errors or do you have a wrong filter in the reports?
