I want to try the hand range tool. I open it but does not bring in my current hand. When I start up my HM I always close the "white" box that comes up befor I start the auto import. Do I need to keep that open? If so can I access that or do I need to shut down HM and reopen? TY Tom

Can you please be a little bit more specific? I don't understand your problem. Maybe a screenshot would help.

In the manul it says it has a hand range tool. To my understanding it works with the hand you are playing. To bring it up it is under "tools" tab. I bring it up and it does not import my current hand. So I must be doing something wrong.

on the bottom of the hand range tool is supposed to be my cards...they never change.

The hand range tool has nothing to do with the hand you are just playing (that would lead to the software being banned on most platforms). Its a offline tool for equity calculations like Pokerstove. You enter a hand at the bottom and calculate your equity vs. a range.
