HUD Has Disappeared

Worked fine the other day.

Yes, I am using latest Beta 9.21. I reinstalled it.

Next I uninstalled HEM and reinstalled. I tried without the Beta and it did not work. Next, I tried with the 9.21 patch and it still did not work.

Yes, autoimporting and folders are correct. I've tried relaunching the HUD and locating unattached tables. No go.

I've deleted my config files and reinstalled to make sure my specific HUD configuration was not corrupted.

I am playing on PokerStars.

Please advise asap. Hard to 24 table without a HUD. =)

Well I am guessing this is the same problem as he guy below me.

I just checked on laptop, which has not been used for Poker in a week and have the same problem.

i have same problem but i play on FT
I have to reinstall HM and FT and after that HUD disappered!

-autoimporting and folders are correct
-I am using latest Beta 9.21
-I've deleted my config files and restart PC
-i do check Auto Center in FT
-i can see tables in table manager (v1.09.20)

PLEASE HELP

Hmmm....it would seem hard to believe that the problems are related if we are on different sites? The only link would be HEM, and it worked fine on my laptop as of a week ago and fine on my desktop as of a day ago.

Please update to the latest Beta 1.09.23 http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe

and under Vista check your Administrator settings: make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.

How can we go about recovering (assumign they are recoverable) the hands that were played between the Stars update and doing the patch? There is nothing left for me to autoimport and those hands are not showing up on my sessions tab. Thanks.

Reimport them from your hmarchive folder

Please reboot your computer.
Clear the FTP handhistory folder or move the files to a different folder.
Make sure you have installed the correct version 1.09 Beta 23 in the header of the main HM window.

4.HHs are showing in correct folder, F:\Program Files\FT_HH\2009\08\05
5.hands are imported to HM
6.Table Manager works but when i try click on Table Finder it show: "i can not find any unattached hands.Please wait until the Menager has imported some"
7.HHs are in english
8.i have windows XP SP3 so don`t know about UAC,but my HUD was working before

Supersys, your problem sounds a lot like mine, but I only got the message about "unattached hands" when I tried the table finder before HM had had a chance to import anything from the table I had just opened. I got a different result less than a minute later. I have a thread about my problems here (http://www.holdemmanager.net/forum/showthread.php?t=15049).

supersys had the FTP handhistory configured to the archive folder not to the one he defined in the auto-import settings.
