View Full Version : HEM stuck on auto import...

My computer froze with HEM open. When I rebooted and open HEM again, the box for "start auto import" is greyed out, presumably because it's importing. I click "stop import" and it sits on the "stopping" screen, stuck indefinitely. The HUD does not work during this entire process, and there are no messages stating that HEM is "importing 2 files, please wait" or anything like that.

Do I need to reinstall? Closing the program doesn't help. Neither does rebooting. Suggestions?

I even installed the updated beta, hoping that would fix it.

No go.

Close your pokerclient and Holdemmanager and delete all files in the handhistory folder of your pokerclient.

Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.
