View Full Version : Ongame HUD not working..

I've always had trouble with Ongame and finding tables but for the past ~6-12 months I've just been doing the Table Finder -> drag over red X to table.. and that had been working fine. Since the update before last, the Table Finder isn't even working.. I was hoping the last update would solve it but it doesn't appear to be the case... starting to wonder if it's somehow a problem on my end. Note that the other 7+ sites I use are all still functioning fine as per usual.

Also note that the hands are logging into the DB just fine.. just can't get the dang HUD to show..

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Delete the file Program Files/RVG Software/HoldemManager/Config/exenames.txt
Then try the TableFinder again: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD

Are you playing cashgames or STT/MTTs?

Tried this, didn't work. Playing cashgames.

Are you aware that Ongame changed the handhistory Path some month ago? If the hands are not being imported (what i think is the case as tablefinder is not working) please see this: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/13/Ongame+-+Bwin+-+Betfair+Setup

Yeah as I said the hands are importing completely fine. It's just the table manager that doesn't seem to detect the tables no matter what I do.. :(

Did u solve that problem? Becouse I have the same trouble on ongame with HUD, where hands are importing fine, but hud is crashing, can't even set my view preferences, from six tables only on one i can see stats, on the rest or there are no stats or just ikons with - or 0... Dunno what is happening.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?
Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English. Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). Restart your PC.

I'm updated to the latest release. Everything is in english.

I play on 10 sites, and all sites and HUDs are working perfectly. Ongame is importing all the hands perfectly, it's just the HUD that isn't working. And when I use the table finder it finds the table and I put the red X on it.. and it still doesn't show the HUD.

I've been told once before that my DB is corrupted so maybe its got something to do with that.. but everything else works fine and perfectly and has been for years. It's just the Ongame HUD that has been spotty and sometimes for periods of time (between releases) doesn't work at all.. like now.

Aggressively keep trying to run the tablefinder (try it a couple of times on one table)

Tried it all and still not working.. :( fwiw it's not a huge problem for me given that I only play a small % of my hands there but it would still be nice to get it fixed.

I actually changed skins and the other skin seems to work fine.. weird
