I just updated stars and HEM and the HUD doesn't work.

Now that you have the answers, please copy the following questions into the forum reply screen in the forums and add your answers from above under each questions. Skipping a question will only delay us in solving the problem:

1) What version of Holdem Manager are you using eg 1.06.04 Beta 12?

1.09 beta 21

2) What Poker Site are you playing on and which gametype and does the problem occur on more than 1 site?

Stars

2a) Have you clicked the Start Auto Import Button?

Yes

3) Have you the settings exactly as per the FAQ for your site?

Yes

4) Can you see the Hand History files showing up in the correct Folder on your PC, this folder should be indentical to the path location you set in Options > Configure Auto Import Folder in HM? If so please copy and paste the location as shown in the FAQ?

c/user/myname/documents/mysn

5) Are the hands being imported into Holdem Manager?

Yes

5a) Do they import if you create a new database?

idk probably?

6) Have You Tried the Table Finder and did it work?

The table is listed in the "unattachable tables" list but I can't move the red square to the table.

7) If you open the HH are they written in English?

yes

8) If your using Vista have you UAC disabled?

I am using windows 7 and I'm not sure if it is disabled. Where do I check?

9) Have you attached the holdemmanager.config file?

Yes

Additional note. I don't know if its important but I am running windows 7 through vmware fusion on a mac. I tried to check if I had UAC disabled and this caused a lot problems when I restarted windows 7. When I started it back up, postgres was not installed. So I restored it to a previous state to try again.

HUD started bugging while playing for me ! It showed 12 hands on a player I played 147 hands with, and on another tourney it only showed 3 hands and was unable to importe anymore hands from this tourney.

Anyone having the same issue ? :(

Update to Beta 23a http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmBetaUpdate.exe, make sure you choose the right installation path from the original installation.

After installing the update check the standard vista things:

Under Vista make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afm....aspx?faqid=73
and/or holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory.
Right click the holdemmanager.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu.
