Hello.

Today I upgraded HM1>HM2 and import my hand history.
In cash reports (by position) I had found some bugged hands.
I can't load it in replayer. Then I try to delete it from database, hm2 works, complete operation, refresh report but nothing changed.

34991

How can i clear it from my database?

With regards, Oleg.

What is your HM2 Settings > Culture: set to? And your Windows > Control Panel > Region and Language > Format?

Did you import your HM1 database directly to HM2 with the setup wizard or database ribbon?

Please try to create a new database in HM2 and import the original hands from the HM1 archive.

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1431/How+is+a+new+database+created+in+Holdem+Manager+2% 3F
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/81/Options+%7B47%7D+Hand+Importing+%7B47%7D+Manual+Ha nd+Importing

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere.

The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/5/Database+Manager+%28Ribbon%29

If you continue to have problems, please zip and email the problem hand histories. All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

You can also create a backup of your HM1 database and upload that file for us to download and restore. It may be a problem specific to your current database/backup.
