I downloaded the full version last night and bought/received my license today through part time poker. I played a sng today just to see what would show up and nothing appeared. I'm not great on computers and may need more help than this. Someone on PTP mentioned a team viewer session...will I need to down load this if it comes to that also.

If you have Vista, please verify that UAC is still off. (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmmain.aspx?faqid=73) If it is on, please turn it off and reboot.

If that doesn't help, please answer these questions (http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=174), so we can have a better idea of your system and the current state of HM.



For some sites, and some tourneys, you may have to request and import tournament summaries in addition to hand histories.

I updated to latest beta version. Went to open it and get an error message that says ithas encountered problems and needs to close...it wont open now.

I am in a low stakes cash game on stars...no stats on any players in room. I have the cas tab open and all its shows is hands from june not any from today or current session.

Make sure you have the pokerstars option on for saving hand histories, and the HM > Options > Configure Auto Import Folders is setup properly.

You can also turn on the HUD Pre-Fetch, to see the HUD before you sit:

HUD Options > Site Options > Pokerstars > make sure it is set to '1', and take note of the pre-fetch folder displayed there.

Add that folder to the auto import folder list.

Fozzy...if your not an owner, you need a pat on the back everyday. I have stats in the room now. Now I have to get into the manual and figure things out. Should be less posts in here I hope. Thanx isn't enough.
