having problems loading hhs from my comp. not sure if theyre being saved, nothing is shown in the folder theyre suppose to be saved to, however.

i have days set to 1000 in stars, have it selected to save, and have it done in english. are there any other factors that might be causing this? thanks

If you are auto-importing these hands you are looking for with HM2 they can be found in the archive.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).

If you are having problems with the hud/importing:

Please view the following FAQ and if this does not solve the problem please answer all the questions at the bottom of the FAQ to help us narrow down the issue.

Sorry, I was working from the 'New Posts' list and didn't notice this was in the HM1 forums. Same basic reply:

Make sure the HH folders are not hidden - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/Poker+Stars+Setup

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest release - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Make sure the hand histories and poker client are in English.

Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts), including Internet Explorer (even if you use a different web browser) and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

Try the table finder - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/Configuring+Table+Finder+to+Show+HUD+

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK. Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK
