No results being displayed

I'm really starting to get upset. Quite often when I try to run a report, it won't show anything. I know for 100% sure that I have the filters set correctly. For example, I just imported my hands from this month into HEM2 and then when i go to the reports winnings summary tab, it tells me no results found. I have it set to display hands from this month, and from my correct screen name. This has been happening to me constantly. HOW CAN THERE NOT BE ANY RESULTS TO DISPLAY WHEN I KNOW I IMPORTED THE HANDS JUST NOW!!! I tried hitting clear filters just in case I had a weird filter set, and that did nothing. It still isn't displaying any results.

When I click on the sessions tab, i can view my results. But they won't show up through the reports tab. This is getting really frustrating.

Also, when I try using HEM2 to grind on Merge, it slows my tables down to the point where its almost unplayable, whereas HEM1 doesn't do this.

Can anyone give me a good reason why I should buy a program that clearly doesn't work?
