bwin (ongame) manual hand history import

Somehow, one of my hands was not automatically imported (maybe because I was disconnected for a short time during this specific hand). The hand also was not stored in the hand history file. So I opened the bwin hand replayer and searched for the missing hand. I could find the hand but if I copy this history to a text file it occurs an error when importing the file. I compared the copied text with one of the stored hands and it looks a little bit different.

Can I convert the replay layout to the one which works somehow?

Or how can I import this missing hand?

HoldemManager can't import the exported hands from within the pokerclient. Too much information is missing in that formatting.

The only way to get the hand is to:
-email the pokerclient and request the hand in its proper handhistory formatting (but I don't think Ongame support will email you handhistories)
-manually write the handhistory yourself in the proper handhistory formatting.
