Tried doing a forum search for this issue, couldnt find anything.

trying to replay hands in my database. the replayer is not showing any hands (just the 0/0/0 stats).

tried restarting HUD/ closing and reopening HM2.

I did discover that clicking the replay button in a note-caddy note caused the player stats to appear in the note-caddy replayer. but they revert to 0/0/0 after you close this window.

similar problem here, I can't get my HUD working in replayer (5623 build) - sometimes the small setting window is shown in replayer, but I can't click it, no player stats in replayer whatsoever.

I have also a similar problem.

The stats are displayed ok but not always. In some hands after I make a note (not in the players) or make a tag, the values of stats change to 0/0/0... and also the stacks change. If the stacks were $1.60 they become $16.00.

Hi! I've got another problem. In replayer HUD shows much less hands for all players that i have in database. I mean there's about 40k hands that i played but in replayer HUD shows only 100 hands  Icon "show stats up to day of the hand" doesn't change anything

followed the steps, fresh install of .NET and windows updates.

now the replayer doesnt show any hud whatsoever. the "waiting for hands" appears in the top left for about 2 seconds. then nothing appears. (not even 0/0/0/0) no overlay at all.

any other ideas?

[edit] just to be sure, the 'show player stats' is ticked in the replayer. un-selecting and re-selecting does nothing.

the HUD works sporadically when reviewing cash hands. (only for 1 or 2 opponents in each hand randomly). the HUD does not show up at all on any tournament hands.

Tried this and it seems that solved the problem.

Thanks udbrky.

Hey cjbridle.

Try add HoldemManager.exe and the folder Holdem Manager 2 to your anti-virus exceptions list.

If this doesn't fix the problem, create a new database, import just some cash game hands and tournaments, and see if the stats already appear in Replayer.

Cheers.

In HUD Options - Config, set the overhang to 0.

Does this work?

If not, please send us a log file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
