Help backing up!

Hi guys, ive got a problem trying to backup my database. I think the problem is that it is so big (My pc would be datamining FT 24/7 when i wasnt playing). When i start to backup is just goes non-responsive. There is a backup file where ive told it to backup, and its 284 meg but obviously i dont know if this would work as the backup hasnt told me its finished. Need to format my pc asap.

You could also try to export your hands: http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=173

or you purge hands you need no longer before starting the backup.
